I learnt how to eat well and lose weight

I am a foodie and was of the impression that following any diet plan would be beyond my imagination at the same time I was desperate to lose weight. My weight was 70+ when I opted for Weight Loss Program. Within 4 months, my weight reduced to 60. My notions were changed through this program and understood that eating your favorite dishes and losing weight is no longer a myth for me.

Right from the first day to till date, I have always received a warm response for all my doubts/queries. She is very approachable and patient enough to respond to my all number of messages and calls. She is  very professional and supportive and the best part in her diet plan is that all food items were very simple. I had a very  positive  experience and hence opted for Pregnancy Diet plan also. During both these plans, she not only suggested healthy diet but was also guiding and motivating me when I was down in morale like a friend. I hope to be in touch with her in future also.
