I started with my Weight loss diet plan as recommended by Dr. Deepa Agarwal from 22 July 2014. Deepa has constantly monitored and always motivated me to strictly follow the diet and  also not give up easily. My weight loss though slow initially did give me a sense of frustration however, gradually I started enjoying the diet plan and I have lost around 16kgs in the past 8 months . The various combinations of diet which she gives is very healthy and at the same time very simple to follow. I am really thankful to Deepa for not only suggesting a healthy diet plan but also being a guiding and motivating factor during this process. I would strongly recommend Dr Deepa to any
person intending to proceed on a healthy weight loss program.
