As we come to the penultimate week of our association, cant Thank you enough for your support in my endeavour to lose weight. This diet plan definitely has helped me focus on what I eat & how much to eat. Though our diet schedule ends in another week, I will still continue to follow the regime & monitor my weight on a weekly basis.I simply love & have kind of got so much used to the banana & oats smoothie. I feel that I have not had breakfast if I don't have it. It has become an integral part of my daily diet. Thank you is just a small word..but it means a lot to me whilst I say that to you.
